Commissions are negotiable and not set by REALTOR Boards or Associations.  Our agents have the ability to set their own commissions on the listings they take, as well as determine the commission to charge for the work they do with buyers.

We will give you the comparables (going back 1 year) in your neighborhood and nearby, and assist you in determining the list price that will bring the quickest sale at the highest price.

While we do not have a crystal ball, we can use our cumulative over 30 years in the real estate business to target the proper buyer pools. 
                                                                       

We will list your property on websites that will expose your property to prospective buyers, including:
