• I will provide you with all the information that I have in my possession regarding any home that you may select.
I will search all Multiple Listing Services of which I am a member for property you designate.
• I will provide you with all information that I have concerning the physical condition of any property that you select.
• I will provide you with the agency disclosure forms and explain the options available to you, including the manner in which we sell our own listings.
• I will allow you to make the decisions that affect your real estate needs. I will not make decisions for you, even at your request.
• I am committed to the spirit and letter of the law to provide everyone with equal access to housing.
• I will encourage you to avail yourself of attorneys, accountants, surveyors, appraisers, contractors, inspectors and other experts that you desire.
• I will encourage you to have the property inspected as a part of your contract.
• I will not inspect any property for you. I am not a property inspector.
• I will not let my personal relationship with others deter me from cooperating with them to accomplish your transaction.
• I will keep you informed about the changing financing market, so that you can make an intelligent selection of a lender to assist you with financing.
• I will tell you when I do not know the answers to your questions.
• I will accept compensation only from sources that I have first disclosed to you.
• I will continue to stay current in those areas where it is reasonable to expect information from a real estate professional.

While some Sedona brokers and agents will only offer a referral fee to buyer's agents who are not members of our local REALTOR association, our company policy is to cooperate with and compensate fully, any broker who brings in a buyer on one of our company listings. We believe in total cooperation with other licensees for the benefit of all, but mostly you, our client.
We only ask that brokers and agents who do not belong to SVVAR contact us and discuss the commission offering with us prior to showing the property. Thanks.
